A legal background may seem like a stretch from photography, however, many qualities needed in the legal profession are equally relevant in photography, like paying close attention to detail, listening skills to understand the clients’ needs, professionalism, endurance and creativity to find solutions for aligning the parties’ interests. The rest is passion, curiosity, focus, state of the art skills and equipment … and hard work.

I was passionate about (analogous) photography in my early twenties. After many years in the legal profession, I returned to photography, graduated at cap school of photography and started a business as a professional photographer.

Based between Zurich and Zug, I primarily work on location, wherever my clients need me. I work with a variety of medium format and high resolution full format cameras, a number of speciality tilt-shift and wide angle lenses, top notch photo editing software and a high end calibrated monitor. Main focus areas are architecture, interior, product and food photography. My work is used in (corporate) publications as well as marketing contexts.

Beside commercial assignments, I work on personal projects, exhibit my work and sell fine art prints in limited edition.
